Max's Bar Mitzvah - Sportsmen's Lodge, Studio City, Ca.

Max's Bar Mitzvah Rocked! (Literally, it was a rock 'n roll theme) It really was a lot of fun and nonstop partying from the start.

It was great to see how photos from Max's Portrait session were used for so many elements during the reception. Using Max's photos I created a sign-in book and a 3'x5' vinyl banner. The photos were also used for the backstage passes/escort cards and the table cards, which meant everyone went home with a rockin' photo of Max.

Before the reception we photographed at Temple Ahavat Shalom and shot some great photos. For the reception at Sportsmen's Lodge I tired some new lighting techniques which worked beautifully! I also got some great wide angle shots to really get that party feel.

There was a lot of love and a lot of energy during this event. Michael, the DJ, and his crew were fantastic! They even dressed the part, matching the rock 'n roll them. Congratulations Max!

Flush Mount Album - Acrylic Cover

The acrylic cover option is a great way to add a photo to the cover of your album. This is the first one I've done and it is absolutly beautiful! This particular album was for a Bar Mitzvah and rather than using one of the event photos we used a photograph from Daniel's portrait session. This turned about to be a great way to tie the portrait session (which we used to create the sign-in book for the day) back in with the entire event.

The acrylic covers are offered as an upgrade from the standard leather and come in the clear acrylic, shown here, as well as two textured versions.
